Dennis Kight

Dennis has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience in a variety of industries and roles within the HR function including compensation, benefits, recruiting, organizational development, business partner, employee relations, training, and leadership and executive development. He is currently the Leadership Development Partner for IBM, and focuses primarily on developing IBM’s executive population across MEA. Prior to joining IBM in 2009, he worked with a diverse group of businesses including CBS News, BBDO Worldwide Advertising, Delta Airlines, Motorola, and Cisco Systems. He first moved to Dubai in 1998 while on assignment with Motorola. He relocated back to the Silicon Valley during the height of the internet boom, and returned to Dubai in 2003 when a great opportunity presented itself, and has lived in Dubai since. He enjoys the challenges that come along with supporting the MEA region’s very dynamic and emerging markets.
